This amazing Regency/early Victorian pine door is a rare survivor. The door is fully morticed and tenoned, and is constructed in the classic six panelled format. The panels are fitted with lovely ogee mouldings to both faces, and feature the addition of a decorative pencil bead to each panel. The door retains its matching panelled linings on all three sides, and also its beautiful solid brass fingerplates and handles to both sides. Dimensions inc. door linings: Width 38" (965mm) Height 85" (2160mm) Depth 11.25" (285mm) The door and linings are in lovely condition, but are currently painted. We are happy to strip for an additional cost. The top section of lining has a small cut-out area, which can be easily patched, and one finger plate has a small amount of damage.
