A unique pine pew that has been made using reclaimed pine doors. This fantastic pew is a good size, perfect for 1-2 people and has a hinged seat that lifts to reveal storage in the base. The pew has a very interesting look, the seat has been made using a pine plank door and the back has attractive diamond shaped topped panels with moulding. The pew retains many original features from the doors, such as a brass keyplate, giving an interesting and quirky look. The pew has a traditional high back with panel and arm rest. The item does have some signs of use and wear as it has been made using reclaimed materials. The back rest has some separation and cracking at the top but it is solid. The underside of the lid has a hole and there are some wood knots. There are some scratches, marks and chips. The pew is solid and chunky and is very useful due to the amount of storage it provides. The pew would also be ideal for a kitchen or cafe and would suit a rustic interior. A solid and useable seat with great character and charm.
