An aged, reclaimed oak beam. The beam is thick and chunky and has a fantastic rustic appearance. The beam has a waxed finish giving the wood an attractive colour and shine. The beam has a lovely reclaimed, rustic, look and has character signs of wear and age. The beam is solid and heavy. The beam has a slight bend. There are has some rough edges, notches and cut marks. There are some surface splits that do not affect the structural integrity of the beam. The beam has some uneven edges and treated woodworm holes. There is a scooped gouge to one edge. Some character colour variation. Please see pictures for details. The beam is solid and heavy and ideal for a rustic home project.
