A fantastic Dutch carved oak cupboard with stained glass door. The cupboard is antique and dates to the Victorian period. The cupboard originally had a base but is now suited for attaching to a wall. The cupboard has a very ornate appearance with intricately hand carved male and female faces and lion heads in relief. The cupboard and door have detailed borders and patterns. The door of the cupboard is a particular feature as it has a beautiful stained glass panel. The glass is bright and colourful and has a central star design that is surrounded by shaped and rectangular border glass. The cupboard is in good condition but does have some signs of age, as expected of antique items. There is a crack in one of the back planks and the corners have some knocks and light damage. There are light scratches and marks to the wood. The stained glass is in good condition but there is a small crack to one yellow piece of glass and some scratches and marks to other small pieces. There is a thin crack or scratch to one of the blue star points. The leadwork is sound. The cupboard has a very unique period look and would add great style and character to a home.
