A beautiful, original Edwardian, sheet music cabinet. The wooden cabinet has a very attractive, high shine, veneer that creates a diamond pattern on the front doors. The cupboard opens to reveal 6 shelves with cut outs for storing sheet music. The inner face of the doors have a subtle striped effect. The cupboard has two small wooden handles and the base has a serpentine edge and shaped legs. The cupboard could now be used for music or paperwork in an office. The cupboard is solid and useable and in good reclaimed condition but has some slight signs of age, as expected of antique items. There are some small scratches and chips to the wood and some small knocks and marks, especially to the feet and base of the cupboard. There are some knocks to the cupboard edges. The handles have some wear. There is some light cracking and crazing to the veneer. The cupboard has a charming period appearance that would would ideal for a home office or music room.
