A very pretty, reclaimed, antique oak table with an abundance of character. The table is very old and the oak has a fantastic rustic appearance and beautiful colour. The table comprises of a planked top, with the planks being of various sizes. The table has four legs and three stretchers. The table has a drawer on one side that has a metal pull handle. The drawer has a divider that separates the drawer inner into four parts. The oak has a waxed finish that highlights its rustic characteristics and lovely colour. The table is of a petite size and it would be ideally suited to a cottage, perhaps for a hall or decorative table for a reception room. The table is of a considerable age and therefore has signs of wear and use that add to its charm. The table top has some holes, splits and cracks and there are some marks and deep scratches. The oak has wood knots, some small gaps between the top planks and signs of age. The feet have been replaced at some point and the legs and stretchers have some slight damage and some signs of treated woodworm. The base of the drawer has been replaced but it has been colour matched on the inside to a good standard. The table is stable but does have a slight wobble. Please see pictures for condition details. The table has a very appealing antique rustic look that would fit nicely in a country or rustic interior and is a truly lovely antique item with great charm.
