A lovely Arts and Crafts, Gothic style, oak door for external or internal use. The door is C.1910. The door is English and has an attractive, Gothic style, arched panel, ready for glazing. We can glaze the door for an EXTRA CHARGE, please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. The door is very well constructed and is mortised and tenoned. The oak has been cleaned to bare wood. The door has delicate panels on the external face and flush panels on the internal face. The door has both hinges present but other door hardware will need to be supplied by purchaser. The door will need finishing either with a wax, paint or oil, suitable for exterior use if to be used as an exterior door. The door is antique and therefore has some slight signs of wear. There are some filled holes. One corner edge has some very slight damage, please see pictures for details. The wood has some slight colour variation and darker stains. Some marks and holes where door hardware has been removed. The door has beautiful style and would look wonderful once glazed. A lovely statement piece for external or internal use.
