A very tall, reclaimed, pine 8 panel door suitable for internal or external use. The door is solid and well made and is likely to date to the early 20th Century. The door has a traditional design with 8 recessed panels on each side. The door has had a scumble paint finish applied in a dark wood tone. The scumble finish does have scratches, marks and chips and purchaser may wish to sand and re-finish the door to suit. The door has a rebate on one edge and on the top edge. We can cut the rebated edges for an extra charge, please contact us for details and a quote. There is a wooden kickplate at the base of one side of the door which could be removed by purchaser if required. The door is in solid condition with some signs of age, wear and some damage as expected of reclaimed items. The door has some holes and marks from hardware removal. We can patch repair larger hardware holes for an extra charge, please contact us for details and a quote. The door has some knocks, notches and chips, especially to the edges and corners and one base corner has a cut out, perhaps where a brass door shoe was placed.
