A reclaimed, "London" flush panel painted pine door for external or internal use. The door has a traditional style and is likely to date to the early part of the 20th Century. The front face of the door has four flush panels, two larger over two smaller. The back face of the door has recessed panels with mouldings surrounding them. The door currently has a handle, lock and bolts but the door furniture will be removed for sale and you will need to provide door furniture to suit. The paint has extensive flaking, chipping and staining and you will need to sand and re-paint the door to suit.
The door is in solid reclaimed condition with some signs of wear and age, as expected. There are some knocks, surface cracks and chips to the door, especially the base of the door. The door had a drip bar that has been removed but there are some remaining screws and some holes where screws were situated. The paint is missing on this section of the door. The top of the door has some screws in it. The hinges have surface rust and will need replacing. The door width may need slight levelling. Please see pictures for condition details. The door has a good period look and is well made, making it a useful reclaimed item for the home.
