A reclaimed pitch pine plank front door. The door is stripped to bare wood and medium brown in colour with a good grain and attractive look. The door is ready for an external wax, oil or paint finish by purchaser. The door is Arts and Crafts style and dates to C.1930. The door is planked, with vertical mouldings, giving a 3D effect, and the back face has 3 thick ledges. There is a vertical space for a letterbox. As the door is reclaimed there are some signs of use, as expected although the door is in good solid condition. There are some marks and small holes where door hardware has been removed. The letterbox space has some slight damage to one corner. One base edge has some slight damage with a chip out of the wood. Some very slight stains and scratches can be seen. There is no door furniture and will need to be supplied by purchaser. We can colour patch repair any holes left from door furniture removal for an extra charge. The front door has a fantastic Arts and Crafts appearance and would be ideal for a period / 1930's property.
Depth 3.6cm plus ledges
