A very pretty pine Edwardian front door with stained glass panel. The door has a classic Edwardian design with shelf and apron above the letterbox opening. The lower half of the door has three flat vertical panels. The door is in very good condition and the door has been painted sage green on one side. The stained glass has a lovely design, with beautiful yellow roundel, red tulips and leaves. The design is surrounded by clear glass and the panel is newly leaded. The door is solid and in very good condition but does have some slight signs of wear due to age. One lock is present but there is no key and it will need replacing. Door hardware will need to be supplied by purchaser. There are some small knocks, stains and chips to the paint, especially the internal face. The door may need stripping and refinishing to suit. The glass has a small crack to one of the plain pieces and there are some natural bubbles in the coloured glass. There is a very small amount of damage to the edge of the base, with a thin sliver of wood missing and there are some knocks to the edges. Some marks and holes can be seen where door hardware has been removed. We can patch repair holes for an extra charge, please contact us for details and a quote. The door may need some slight levelling. A very good quality and pretty door, highlighting fantastic Edwardian design. A very desirable item that would add great style to a home.
