A reclaimed, painted pine, glazed Edwardian internal cottage door. The door has been well made and has a nice appearance with a recessed panel with plank detailing on each side. The top of the door has twelve panels that have been glazed with clear glass. Please note, it is unlikely that the glass meets current safety standards. Purchaser MUST CHECK that glass meets current standards and if not it MUST BE CHANGED. We can re-glaze the door for an extra charge, if required, please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. The door has been painted dark green but it has chips and flaking and purchaser will need to sand and re-finish the door to suit. The door is in solid condition with some signs of age and wear, as expected. The door has some holes and marks where hardware was removed and some further small holes. There are some small knocks and chips and some glazing putty is missing. One base corner has some minor damage. Please see pictures for condition details. The door has a nice period appearance and will make a lovely feature in a cottage or period home.
