Code: DI0988
Dimensions:
A reclaimed stripped pine four panel internal door, likely to date to C.1900-1910. The door has a traditional design with four recessed panels, two larger over two smaller. The pine is stripped to bare wood but please note it has some dampness from being stripped in a tank and therefore it is not suitable for painting.
The door is reclaimed and therefore has some signs of wear and some damage, as expected. There are some holes, marks and light damage from hardware removal and there has been some filler applied and patch repairs. There are some thin surface splits in the wood and some knocks and chips. There is some slight separation at some of the joints. There is some slight paint residue around some of the panels. The base of the door has some unevenness and knocks. The door will need new hinges. One of the side edges is not totally flat and the other has some paint or adhesive residue. The door height will need some levelling. Please see pictures for condition details. The door is ideal for a period home and has nice traditional charm.
