An elegant reclaimed reproduction cast iron combination fire, ideal for a bedroom. The fire is solidly made and very heavy and is a reproduction of Art Nouveau styles. The fire has an ornate appearance with Art Nouveau style flowers along the crossbar and on the smoke hood. The fire has shaped front bars, an ash pan cover and it has retained its top plate. The fire has a fixing lug on each side, under the mantel and one on each leg, for fixings for attaching the fire to the wall. The iron has been painted black.
The fire is in good solid reclaimed condition with some small signs of use and wear, as expected. There are some scuffs, scratches and marks to the paint. The iron has some casting marks. The back of the fire has some tarnish. Please see pictures for condition details. The fire has a very pretty appearance and it would make a nice feature for a fireplace.
