A very attractive, solid and well made, reclaimed pine fire surround. The surround is a reproduction of an Edwardian fire and emulates the design of that era. The fire has decorative corbels and a carved crossbar. The pine is stripped and left unfinished, ready for purchaser to apply a wax or paint finish. The fire does not have fixing brackets currently but we can supply these free of charge if required. Please let us know at the time of purchase if you would like the brackets. The fire surround can be coupled with a decorative cast iron fire trim and we have a suitable trim available for sale (our ref 1180). The surround has been photographed with the trim and the trim and surround are SOLD SEPERATLEY. As the surround is reclaimed it has some slight damage and wear. There is some damage to the back edge of the mantel. There are some knocks, chips, splits and splintered wood. There are some scratches and marks to the wood. A heavy and well constructed surround that would look fantastic within a modern or period home.
