An attractive, classical Victorian style, pine reclaimed modern fire surround of a perfect size for a living or dining room. The surround has an ornate design with carved circular sections on each corner of the crossbar. There is a decorative border under the mantel and the legs and crossbar have the same fluted carvings. The fire has a colour wash finish and the pine is a pretty pale colour. The fire is in good usable condition with some slight signs of wear, as expected of reclaimed items. There are a few small knocks and chips to the mantel and fire edges. The mantel top has some staining and there are some small stains to the base of the legs within the fluted detailing. The fire is well made and is suited to both period and modern homes. Paired with a fire insert, the surround will make a lovely addition to the home.
