An antique, reclaimed, staddle stone. The stone has the traditional "mushroom" appearance with a removeable top section. The stone has developed very nice lichen patina through age. The staddle stone would make an interesting garden decor item and has nice wear and weathering. The staddle stone is antique and has sustained some damage. The base has had a large break through it and has been repaired using a suitable glue. The base is now solid and stable but care will be needed when transporting the stone. The crack can be seen with some residue glue and some of the stone has broken away. One side of the staddle stone base has erosion or a large chip missing from the bottom edge. The surface is uneven from weathering. Please see pictures for condition details. The staddle stone has nice character and would make a great decorative item for a garden.
