Dimensions:
A reclaimed Georgian pine front / external door. The door has mortise and tenon joints and has a traditional period design. The door has two panels at the base, flush on the external face and recessed on the internal face. The door has nine panels, glazed with the original glass, but one pane is missing. The remaining glass will NOT MEET CURRENT SAFETY STANDARDS and MUST BE CHANGED before use. We can re-glaze the door for an extra charge, please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. The door has a space for a letter plate. The pine has been sanded but it has marks, discolouration and stains and you will need to further sand and re-finish the door to suit.
The door is in solid condition with some signs of age, as expected. There are some holes and marks from hardware removal. The door has some knocks and chips. One of the panels has some damage that will need repair. Please see pictures for condition details. The door is a nice period item and will make a good addition to a home once refurbished.
