A rustic, antique, reclaimed oak plank internal door, ideal for a cottage or country home. The door dates to C.1800 and is well made and solid and has an abundance of rustic charm. The door comprises of three large oak planks and some slimmer oak strips that we believe to be repairs from a later period. The back face of the door has two large braces. The oak has been buffed back to bare wood and is ready for purchaser to add a wax or oil finish to suit. The oak has a great deal of character and has a fantastic grain. The door has a wooden latch on the back face. The door is in solid condition with many rustic features and character signs of age. The door has some deep splits and cracks that do not affect the structural integrity of the door. The oak has some knocks, marks and cut outs, mainly to the edges and corners. The door has some small holes and marks and there are some treated woodworm holes. One ledge has some splintering and scuffing. The door has had some repairs from a later period.
