A reclaimed, very large and heavy, Georgian stripped pine six panel internal door. The door is well made and has an elegant traditional design with six recessed panel on each side, surrounded by decorative beading. The door has been stripped to bare wood but there is some residue dampness left from the strip tank that can be seen. Please note, due to the dampness the door is NOT suitable for painting. The door is in solid reclaimed condition with some signs of its considerable age.The door has some holes, marks and damage from hardware removal. The door has some old filler that was applied to holes and some damage. The pine has some knocks, chips and splits that do not affect the strength of the door. The pine has some deep scratches, scuffs and staining. The door height and width may need slight levelling. Please see pictures for condition details. The door is ideal for a period home and has a very nice traditional design.
