An attractive reclaimed pine door with panels for glazing. The door is well made with mortise and tenon joints. Suited to both interior and exterior use, the door has been undercoated, ready for finish by purchaser to suit and with a paint suitable for exterior use if to be used as a front or back door. There are nine slim rectangular panels for glazing, with elegant glazing bars between each, that would look lovely with stained or plain glass. The base of the door has a recessed panel on one side and flush, planked, panel on the internal face. The door requires hardware, to be supplied by purchaser. The door has some slight signs of wear due to age, as expected of reclaimed items. There are some knocks and chips and a slightly larger split at the base edge of one corner. There is a wood knot hole in one glazing bar. Some holes are visible where door hardware has been removed. We are able to patch repair the holes and glue the split for an extra charge, please contact us for details. The door is solid and well made and will look fantastic with glazing, making a lovely feature within a home.
