A reclaimed painted pine, glazed, front door. The door is solid and well made and has a nice appearance with the lower part of the door having a panel with planked detailing. The top of the door has two panels that have been glazed with clear glass. Purchaser MUST ensure the glass meets current safety regulations and change it if not. The door has a characterful door knocker with a lions face, an iron letter plate and a handle on each side. The door furniture has some knocks and chips to the paint and purchaser may wish to strip and repaint them. The front of the door has been painted blue and the back face white. The paint has some knocks and cracks and purchaser may wish to sand and re-paint the door to suit. The door is in good reclaimed condition with some signs of age and use, as expected. There are some holes and marks left from hardware removal. The door has some knocks and chips, especially to the edges. The inside face has a knock to the base edge where a small part of the pine has broken away. The lock has no key. There are some scratches to the glass. The door width may need slight levelling. Please see pictures for condition details. The door has a nice traditional appearance that would suit both modern and period homes and is a desirable reclaimed item.
