SOLD

A pair of very heavy Edwardian painted pine glazed doors. The doors are well made with mortise and tenon joints and have been glazed with plain wired safety glass. Each door has 10 small rectangular glazed panels and a solid recessed panel below. The doors were part of a larger set and therefore one door has a rebate on the hinge edge, we will remove this and add a rebate to the inner edge so the doors fit together nicely. The wood has been painted white but purchaser may wish to strip and re-paint the doors to suit. Each door has top bolt for securing into a door frame. The doors are in good reclaimed condition but there are some signs of use and age, as expected. The doors have some small knocks and chips. There are some light scratches and marks to the paint. There are some holes from hardware removal. We can patch repair holes for an extra charge, please contact us for details and a quote. The door heights may need slight levelling. The doors are solid and very well made and would be a nice addition to both period and modern homes.
