A very elegant pine sash window mirror. The mirror has been made using an original pretty Victorian sash window with 9 panels that have been fitted with mirror glass. The window mirror retains its lovely period features including metal fastening catch, elegant glazing bars, finials and rounded edges to the top. The mirror has a hook for mounting to the wall and is in good, useable, condition. The pine frame has been stripped to bare wood but purchaser could wax or paint the wood to suit. As expected of antique items, there are a few signs of wear that add character and period charm. The pine has some small splinters, chips and knocks. There are some small scratches on the glass and the lower mirror panel has some spots of glue or paint residue but it will probably be able to removed with cleaning or scraping. Please see pictures for condition details. The mirror has a wonderful period appearance and is an unusual and very pretty item for the home or a business.
