M1655 FOUR RECLAIMED WOODEN PAINTED PILASTERS C.1930s

A set of four reclaimed wooden pilasters dating to C.1930. The pilasters are in a Roman Doric column style with fluted detailing. Each pilaster has a top and bottom section and smaller pieces that are currently loose. The pilasters have been painted cream but the paint is flaking, chipping and cracking and there are stains and marks and purchaser will need to strip and re-paint them to suit. The pilasters were used for decorative purposes and are ideal for finishing a bookshelf or other interior projects. The pilasters are reclaimed and have some signs of age and wear. The smaller sections have come away from the pilasters and some of the top and bottom sections are loose and purchaser will need to fix these in place. There are some knocks and chips to the wood. Please see pictures for condition details. The pilasters are ideal for adding period character to a project and are desirable reclaimed decorative items.
