Dimensions:
A large, reclaimed oak beam. The beam has a fantastic rustic appearance with interesting characteristics and signs of age. The beam has uneven ends and edges giving nice character and the grain is very attractive. The oak has been cleaned and it has a nice colour. One end has a large peg or pin but it could be removed by purchaser if required. The beam has some signs of wear, use and age, as expected of reclaimed items. There are large splits and surface cracks. The are some notches, knocks and natural wear. Some cut marks can be seen, cut outs and holes from previous use. There are some woodworm holes. The oak has some colour variataion. Please see pictures for condition details. The beam is of a good size and has a great look, ideal for a rustic home project.
