A well made, antique vintage oak cash drawer / till by Adsit. The cash drawer is likely to date to C.1930s and is ideal for use as a prop for a TV programme or film or could be used as a nice interior décor item for a shop or home. The upper section has wooden parts for a till roll that is designed to feed through the lid and it has three sprung note holders. The bottom drawer has a plastic insert with six compartments for change. The cash drawer has been well made and has attractive dovetail joints that can be seen on each edge. The cash drawer is in good antique condition with some signs of age, as expected of reclaimed items. There is some discolouration to the oak and some scratches, chips and marks. The metal has some scratches and tarnish. The top section would have had a bell originally but the bell is now missing. There are no keys for the locks. The plastic change compartment has a break to one corner. Please see pictures for condition details. The cash drawer has a great vintage look and is a nice prop or décor item.
