A very wide, reclaimed, Arts and Crafts oak front door. The door is solid and heavy and has been made using mortise and tenon joints. The door has an attractive appearance with an arched top panel with textured glass and leaded diamond patterns. The front face of the door has four raised and fielded panels and an iron letterbox. The oak has a varnished finish but the door could be stripped and refinished by purchaser. The door is in good solid condition but has some slight signs of use and wear. The door has some small marks, holes and scratches where door hardware has been removed. There are some small chips and knocks. The joint kicks out slightly on the left hand side on the arched top piece, please see pictures for details. The door is of a very good size, thick and heavy and would suit a rustic, period or character home.
