A cottage style, reclaimed, external oak plank door in frame. The door is well constructed with 6 planks, framed by rails and a brace on the internal face. The oak has an attractive grain and has been waxed or stained. The door has iron hinge straps on the internal face and the external face has decorative iron studs, iron handle and decorative escutcheon. The door is solid and very well made but does have some character signs of wear and rustic charm. The door has some light discolouration, marks and scratches. There are some holes from lock removal. One of the iron studs is missing on the external face. There is some tarnish and surface rust to the metal hardware. Some light splintering and knocks can be seen. There are some nails that will need removing from the edges of the frame. The door has no key and a lock will need to be supplied by purchaser. The frame height may need very slight levelling. Please see pictures for condition details. The door is ideal for a cottage and has an abundance of style and rustic charm.
