A large reclaimed external oak front door with panels for glazing. The door is solid and well made and is a modern reproduction of Georgian styles. The base of the door has two panels with bolection moulding and above this are four panels for glazing. We can glaze the door and add glazing bead for an extra charge, please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. The door has a varnished or stained finish, darker on the external face and paler on the internal face. The door has a traditional style bronze letter plate. The door is in solid reclaimed condition with some signs of use and wear. The door has some holes and marks left from hardware removal. The edges have some knocks and wood knots. The oak has some scratches and knocks and there are some thin surface cracks. The glazing panel edges have some rough areas and there is a split to one edge. The hinges have some residue paint. Please see pictures for condition details. The door has a handsome and traditional style appearance and is of a very nice quality and would be well suited to a period home.
