A very handsome, large, reclaimed oak door suitable for internal or external use. The door has been well made and is very thick, making it extremely heavy. The door has an interesting and attractive look, emulating period designs, with four recessed panels, two large over two smaller. The panels have ornate mouldings around them. The door has an unusual moulding in the centre which makes the door appear to look like a pair of doors, when in fact it is a single door. The oak has been hand stripped revealing the oaks lovely colour and interesting grain. The door has three substantial brass hinges. The door is in good condition with some signs of use, as expected of reclaimed items. The door has some knocks, especially to the top edges. The door has had some filler applied to small holes and to knocks. The door has some slight paint residue in places. The door has some surface splits and some slight gaps where there are joins in the wood. The door has had a patch repair on the lock edge. The door has some holes left from door furniture removal. The oak has some colour variation and marks. The door width and height may need slight levelling. The hinges have some slight tarnish and paint residue. Please see pictures for condition details.
