A fantastic pair of restored crittall doors in their original frame. The doors have retained all the original door furniture, including key, handles and bolts. The doors have two unglazed sidelights that can be bolted on to the frame when fitted. We can glaze the sidelights, if required, for an extra charge. The doors have been stripped and restored and sprayed with professional black spray. The original glass has been removed and replaced with 4mm safety glass. The glass is held with oak beading which has been sprayed black to replace the original putty. The doors are currently for set up for interior use as the doors would need to be stripped and powder coated to be used externally, usually at a considerable cost. The doors will need to be carefully transported in their frame as if they are removed it would be difficult to set back up. We have found that the door set up can be tricky if pulled out of alignment so care with transportation is needed. The doors are a 2 man lift, please contact us to discuss transportation to ensure the door set up is not disturbed. If the paintwork is scratched in transportation or fitting we can provide the name of the paint so purchaser can re-spray any scratches. When fitting the doors please allow room for sidelights if using. The sidelights can be bolted to the frame when fitted. The sidelights have attractive brass openers. The doors are in very good restored condition with only some light scratches, tarnish and marks. The top part of the sidelights are attached but loose until fitted to the frame. The doors are very attractive and very fashionable. Perfect for interior projects, the doors are of a very good quality and very desirable.
