A pair of reclaimed Neo-Georgian pine doors for glazing. The doors are solid and well made with mortise and tenon joints. Each door has a solid recessed panel at the base with decorative mouldings surrounding it. The top of each door has a large panel for glazing. The doors have been painted white, with one door having a cream face, but have chips and stains and will need stripping and refinishing by purchaser to suit. The doors are suited to external or internal use and are thick and heavy. The doors do have some signs of use and age, as expected of reclaimed items. The paint is peeling and has chips, stains and marks. The doors have some knocks, chips and splinters. There is some slight damage to some of the bottom corners. The doors have some small holes and some further holes and stains where door hardware has been removed. We can patch repair the doors for an extra charge, please contact us for details and a quote. There are some surface splits and cracks but the doors are solid and stable. There is slight separation to some of the joints. The door heights may need slight levelling as they differ slightly and the widths are slightly different. Door hardware will need to be supplied by purchaser. The doors have a very attractive period appearance and will be ideal for adding character to the inside of a home or would make attractive double back doors.
