A pair of reclaimed, Victorian, internal pine doors for glazing. The doors are well made and solid. Each door has two recessed panels, surrounded by simple mouldings. Above the solid panels each door has a large panel ready for glazing and the doors have been fitted with new glazing bead to accommodate the glass. We can offer glazing for an extra charge, please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. The doors have had a rebated edge added so they sit well together. The doors have been sanded and then a waxed finish applied, highlighting the lovely colour and grain. The doors are in good reclaimed condition with some signs of age and wear, as expected of antique items. The doors have some knocks, scratches and chips, especially to the edges and corners. There are some holes and marks where door hardware has been removed and some holes have some filler. The doors have had patch repairs to where the hinges were originally and some patch repairs to two circular holes. There are some small holes where there are wood knots. The doors heights will need some levelling. The doors have some slight paint residue in places. Please see pictures for condition details. The doors are a lovely example of period design and they will add charm and character to a home.
