A pair of very handsome, tall, reclaimed late Georgian or early Victorian pine interior doors. The doors are thick, heavy and well made and have a very nice traditional design. Each door has four recessed panels, of varying sizes, with decorative mouldings and the back face of the doors have flush panels. The doors have rebated inner edges so they sit nicely together. The doors currently have a scumble paint finish but the paint is flaking and peeling away, revealing another layer of scumble paint. Purchaser will need to sand and re-finish the doors to suit. The doors are in good reclaimed condition with some signs of wear and age, as expected of antique items. The doors have some marks, knocks and scratches. There are some holes left from hardware removal. The door heights my need slight levelling. Please see pictures for condition details. The doors are a fantastic example of late Georgian design and have an abundance of period charm. The doors are ideal for dividing a room or for other interior projects and are very desirable.
