A pair of very handsome, reclaimed, oak interior doors. The doors are thick, heavy and well made with mortise and tenon joints and have a fantastic traditional design. Each door has four raised and fielded panels, of varying sizes, with decorative mouldings and there are recessed panels on the internal face. The doors have rebated inner edges so they sit nicely together. The front face of the doors have a wax or stained finish and the back face of the doors have been painted white. The paint has marks and stains and the paint will need sanding and refinishing to suit. The doors are in good reclaimed condition with some signs of wear and age, as expected of reclaimed items. The doors have some marks, knocks and scratches. There are some holes from hardware removal. We can patch repair holes for an extra charge, please contact us for details and a quote. The outer edges have some large metal pins left from where the doors were originally fitted and they have surface rust. There is some slight damage to the external face of the rebate edges. One of the doors has some slight damage to the inside edge of the inside face. There is a small knock to the inner base corner of one door. The door heights my need slight levelling. The front face of the doors have some light scratches and marks. Please see pictures for condition details. The doors are ideal for dividing a room or for other interior projects and are very desirable and have a fantastic period appearance.
