A pair of substantial reclaimed oak glazed doors. The doors are Georgian in style with gunstock stiles, a flush panel at the base and twelve glazed panels per door. The doors are very heavy and well made and the oak has a fantastic "tiger" grain. The doors are currently glazed with wired, textured, glass. One panel has a bubble and a break in the wire and the glass will need to be changed to meet safety requirements. We can re-glaze the doors to suit for an extra charge, please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. The oak has a light wood stain or varnish, highlighting the lovely wood grain. The doors are currently set up for internal use but could be converted for external use by adding putty to the glazing bead, please contact us for advice. The doors are in very good condition with some small signs of use and wear, as expected of reclaimed items. There are some small knocks and chips and some scratches to the oak. The doors have some holes and marks where door hardware has been removed. The top glazed panels have a thin strip of material attached. One solid panel has a very small surface crack. The door heights will need slight levelling. The doors have a very nice appearance and are of a good quality construction and would make a nice feature in a home.
