A pair of reclaimed, painted pine, internal doors or sliding doors. The large doors have a nice traditional design with each door having three raised and fielded panels. The doors were originally used as sliding doors and have flush brass pull handles or each side and the inner edges have pull handle rings. The base of each door has metal tracks set in to a groove and sliding door bolts or gear at the top. The doors have been painted white but there are some scratches, marks and chips to the paint and purchaser may wish to sand and refinish the doors to suit. The doors could be converted to be used as a standard pair but please note the inner edges are flush and do not have rebated edges. If used as sliding doors purchaser will need to supply and fit sliding door gear and track.
The doors are in good reclaimed condition with some signs of use and wear, as expected. One door has a deep scratch. One of the metal tracks at the base of the door is slightly bent at one end. The tops and edges of the doors have some knocks, chips and light damage. There are some scratches and slight tarnish to the hand pulls. The doors have an escutcheon but there are no keys. Please see pictures for condition details. The doors are of a very good size, ideal for diving a room, and have a good look suited to both period and modern homes.
