A pair of reclaimed softwood glazed doors. The doors are of the ideal size for a Wendy house, summer house or outbuilding and have a nice design. The front face of each door has a flush panel with plank detailing and the panel is recessed on the back face. The doors are glazed with clear glass and have lead glazing bars. Please note, purchaser must check that the glass meets current safety requirements and MUST change it if not. We can quote to re-glaze the doors if required, please contact us for details. The doors are stripped to bare wood but there is some discolouration and staining and purchaser may wish to re-sand and finish them to suit. The doors are in reclaimed condition with some signs of age and wear, as expected. The doors have some holes and marks where hardware has been removed. The panels have had some filler applied to the joins but the filler is old and there is some missing. One door has had a patch repair to the inner edge at the base. The joints have some slight separation and there are some chips, splinters marks and knocks. The width of the doors vary slightly from the top to the bottom, perhaps where the joints are slightly opened at the base. The heights may need slight levelling. There is some cracking and chipping to the glazing putty. Please see pictures for condition details. The doors have a charming appearance and are ideal for a home project.
