A pair of elegant and wide, chateau style, reclaimed painted wooden doors for internal use. The doors have a very nice appearance with large raised and fielded panels, with one side of the doors having decorative mouldings surrounding them. The doors have been painted but the paint has some chips, marks and staining so you may wish to sand and re-paint the doors to suit. The doors are solid and well made with some signs of use and some light damage, as expected of reclaimed items. The doors have some knocks, chips and light damage, especially to the edges and corners. One of the base corners has been knocked and has a crack. One of the inner edges has a plastic rollerball where a lock was originally fitted but you will probably need to change this to suit your requirements. There are some holes and marks where door hardware has been removed and you may wish to remove the remaining bakelite handle plate and escutcheon. The door heights may need slight levelling. The hinges have surface rust and are stiff and will need replacing. Please see pictures for condition details. The doors are ideal for dividing a room or for other projects and are very elegant and would make a very nice feature in a home.
