Code: DP0541
Dimensions:
A pair of reclaimed painted pine doors, suitable for internal or external use. The doors have a simple and traditional design, with fluted horizontal detail at the base, on the internal face. Each door has a large panel for glazing. The doors have glazing bead but some has been replaced and they do not match so you may wish to replace the glazing bead when you glaze the doors so it is all the same. The inner edges of the doors have a closing bead so they sit nicely together when closed. The doors have been painted white but the paint has stains and marks and you may wish to sand and re-paint the doors to suit. Please note there is NO KEY for the lock and it will need replacing.
The doors are in solid condition with some signs of age and wear, as expected. The pine has some knocks and chips, especially to the edges and corners. The doors have some holes and marks from hardware removal. The hinges have surface rust and will need replacing. There is some slight damage to the base of the doors and a knock to one door near the bottom hinge. The inner edges of the doors have been shaved slightly and have no paint on them. Please see pictures for condition details. The doors would be suitable for many types of interior and will be a nice feature for a home.
Please note: We have another pair of doors in a similar size and the same design available for sale. Please see reference DP0542 for details.
