Reclaimed from a Georgian house, this pair of shutters are part of a total of 18 sets of shutters. They performed a dual purpose; to provide security and insulation and were designed to fold away discreetly and merge in with panelling beside the windows. The shutters have been stripped back to the bare wood, ready for oiling/varnishing or painting. They will make ideal shutters or cupboard doors in a period house. (Set P)
