A pair of reclaimed Victorian painted pine window shutters comprising of five leaves, with three to sit on one side and two on the other side. Each side is hinged together and the smaller leaves are designed to fold back behind the larger leaves with decorative beading. There is a rebated edge so the shutters sit nicely together. The shutters have been painted white but there are some stains, knocks and chips to the paint and purchaser may wish to sand and re-paint them to suit. The shutters are reclaimed and therefore have some signs of wear and age. The left hand larger leaf is missing some of the decorative beading and has some damage to one edge on the inside face. There are some knocks, marks and chips. The shutter heights may need slight levelling. The hinges have some surface rust. There are some holes where hardware has been removed. Outer hinges may need replacing by purchaser. Please see pictures for condition details. The shutters have a lovely period appearance and would make a fantastic addition to the home.

Width of each side 72cm (3 leaf side) & 50.4cm (2 leaf side)
Width of each decorative larger leaf 31.4cm approx.
