A pair of reclaimed Victorian painted pine window shutters comprising of six leaves, with three leaves to sit on one side of the window and three on the other side. Each side is hinged together and the thinner middle leaves are designed to fold back behind the wider outer leaves with the decorative beading. There is a rebated inner edge so the shutters sit nicely together when closed and the shutters have a hook and eye. The shutters have been painted white but there are stains, cracking and chips and you will need to sand and re-paint them to suit. The shutters are reclaimed and therefore have some signs of wear and age, as expected. The shutters have some notches, chips, small holes and knocks. The hinges have some surface rust. The shutter heights may need some levelling. Please see pictures for condition details. The shutters have a lovely period appearance and would make a fantastic addition to the home.
