Dimensions:
A pair of reclaimed stripped pine glazed doors for internal or external use. The doors have a nice appearance and have been well made with mortise and tenon joints. Each door has two recessed panels at the base and two glazed panels above these. The panel edges have chamfer detailing. The top panels are glazed with textured clear glass but the glass does not match and the glass does NOT comply with current safety requirements and MUST BE CHANGED BEFORE USE. We can re-glaze the doors for an extra charge, please contact us to discus your requirements and for a quote. The pine has been striped to bare wood.
The doors have some signs of age and some damage, as expected of reclaimed items. The doors have some knocks, chips and scratches. The edges and corners of the doors in particular have some knocks and splintering. One of the top corners has some damage. There are some holes, marks and damage where the door furniture has been removed. Some of the glazing bead has damage and cracks. One door has surface cracks to the outer edge but the door is stable. The hinges are broken and will need replacing. Please see pictures for condition details. The doors have a good design and would make a nice feature in a home.
