An elegant, reclaimed, painted pine Cardiff door for internal use. The door, likely to date to C.1890-1900, is well made and has a traditional design with two recessed panels, with mouldings on one face. The top has of the door has nine panels for glazing. The door is missing glass in the large panel and the rectangular panels but the small corner panels have green patterned textured glass. The panels will need to be glazed with glass that meets current safety regulations. We can glaze the door for an extra charge, please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. The door has been painted white but the paint has flaking, chips and cracks and you may wish to sand and refinish the door to suit.

The door is in good antique condition with some signs of age and wear, as expected. The door has some knocks and chips, especially to the edges and corners. There are some holes, marks and indentations from hardware removal. The door width may need slight levelling. Please see pictures for condition details. The door has a lovely period appearance and it will make a fantastic feature in a home.
