A tall, reclaimed, crittall window fitted with Art Nouveau stained glass. The window has a nice design with several panes of clear, textured, ripple glass. In the centre of the window is an attractive stained glass flower in greens, oranges, red and blue and is typical of the Art Nouveau style. The crittall frame has been painted white but there are some chips and flaking to the paint and purchaser may wish to strip and re-finish the window frame to suit. The window has a stay bar and two fixed hinge sections, but please note the other part of the hinges are not present. The window is in good reclaimed condition with some slight damage and signs of age, as expected. The large red stained glass flower section has a crack across it and a small chip on one side. The frame has some chipping to the paintwork and some surface rust. The leadwork has some slight paint residue and knocks. Please see pictures for condition details. The window is a quality period item that would be ideal for a diy project or for a feature décor item for the home.
PLEASE NOTE: metal trestles that the window are leaning against are not included in the sale.
