A very good quality, solid pine, Victorian door suitable for external or internal use. The door has a late Georgian/early Victorian style design and is of a compact size (30x78"), ideal for a cottage. The door has flush panels to the exterior face and is very well made with mortise and tenon joints. The door has panels of 30mm thickness (approx.) and therefore are quite thick and ideal for extra security and protection against weather. The door is in very good condition but is antique and therefore has some signs of use and wear. The paint is in good condition but has some chips and marks. Purchaser can strip the door and re-finish if preferred. There is a thin surface crack to the paint on the mid rail. Some slight knocks and chips are present to the door edges and corners. There are some marks and holes where the hardware has been removed. One hinge is broken and will need replacing and door hardware needs supplying by purchaser. The door is a fantastic item and has an attractive and functional design, perfect for a cottage or period home.
