A reclaimed, internal / external Victorian oak glazed door. The door is very well made, solid and heavy and was originally used in a school. The door has a nice design with two recessed panels at the base, with decorative mouldings. The top of the door has 9 glazed panels. The door is currently glazed with plain glass with safety wire. We can re-glaze the doors for an extra charge, if desired, please contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote. The door has been varnished but it does have scratches and marks and purchaser could sand and refinish the door to suit. The door has been used internally but could be converted to be used as an external door. The door is in solid condition with some signs of use and wear, as expected of reclaimed items. The door has some holes and marks from hardware removal. There are knocks, small holes, scratches and chips to the door, especially the edges and corners. The lock edge has some damage with a deep scoop missing. We can patch repair this for an extra charge, please contact us for details. There are shadows and missing varnish where kickplates and fingerplates have been removed. There are some holes left from kickplate screws. Please see pictures for condition details. The door has a very elegant appearance and is very well made, making a fantastic addition to a home.
