A reclaimed, late Victorian, painted pine front door for glazing. The door is well made with gunstock stiles and mortise and tenon joints. The base of the door has two recessed panels with mouldings and there is a large panel above, ready for glazing. We have added a new glazing bead and we can glaze the door for an extra charge, please contact us for details and a quote. The door currently has a space for a letter box but hardware will need to be supplied by purchaser. The door is currently painted grey on the external face and white on the internal face but there are chips, flaking and marks from hardware removal and the door will need stripping and re-painting by purchaser to suit. The door is in good reclaimed condition, with some signs of age and wear, as expected of antique items. There are some knocks, marks and chips, especially to the edges and base. There are some holes and marks where door hardware has been removed. We can patch repair holes for an extra charge, please contact us for details. The door height may need some levelling. Please see pictures for condition details. The door has a lovely appearance, ideal for a period house, and will look fantastic once glazed, adding character and charm to a home.
